    摘 要 目的：分析阿托西班致患者血糖升高的不良反应，保障临床合理用药。方法：通过对1例阿托西班致先兆早产患者血糖升高的不良反应文献复习及药学监护，探讨阿托西班的临床应用方法。结果：阿托西班治疗先兆早产可致患者血糖升高，临床应用时应严格监测血糖，即时对症处理。结论：临床药师参与临床药物治疗，对患者进行疗效和不良反应监护，有助于保障孕妇用药安全。
