    摘 要 通过知网、万方、维普等中文数据库，PubMed、谷歌等外文数据库，以及国家知识产权局数据查询系统，以“落新妇”为关键词，对相关研究文献进行检索，对落新妇的药效作用发展及专利研究进行系统整理。落新妇的主要有效成分为香豆素、三萜类、黄酮、多糖以及鞣质，主要药效作用为镇痛、祛痰止咳、抗炎、抗肿瘤。落新妇专利研究主要在山东、江苏、安徽、浙江四地比较活跃，研究方向主要集中在化学成分、栽培技术、提取物应用、制剂工艺、药理作用等几个方面。其中，药理药效作用以及制剂制备研究是落新妇主要专利研究方向。落新妇药效作用机制研究比较缺乏，明确其活性机制，可为药物开发奠定基础。

    ABSTRACT Through Chinese databases such as CNKI， Wanfang and VIP， foreign databases such as PubMed and Google， and the data query system of the State Intellectual Property Office， the related research literature is searched with the keyword‘lucidum， and the development of pharmacodynamics and patent research of lucidum are systemically sorted out.
