    摘 要 复杂性区域疼痛综合征是一组多因素疼痛疾病，临床上表现为与痛相伴随的多种临床症状，常向受累肢体的远端放射，超出某一特定神经或神经根的支配范围，严重影响患者的生活质量和工作能力。减轻患者的疼痛、帮助其早日恢复正常生活能力是复杂性区域疼痛综合征治疗的首要目标。重复经颅磁刺激作为一种无创的治疗手段，在复杂性区域疼痛综合征的治疗中發挥了较好的作用，但其疗效的持久性和适用的广泛性仍需进一步研究。本文对重复经颅磁刺激应用于复杂性区域疼痛综合征的治疗进展进行综述。

    ABSTRACT Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a group of multi-factor pain diseases and is clinically manifested as a variety of clinical symptoms accompanied by pain， often radiating to the distal end of the affected limbs， beyond the range of a specific nerve or nerve root， which seriously affects the quality of life and work ability of patients.
