    摘 要 目的：对注射用舒尼铂(冻干)的无菌检查方法进行适用性研究。方法：按《中国药典》2015年版通则1101进行试验，采用薄膜过滤法对注射用舒尼铂(冻干)进行无菌检查。结果：注射用舒尼铂(冻干)经pH 7.0无菌氯化钠-蛋白胨缓冲液100 ml/膜冲洗后，试验组均生长良好，与阳性对照组一致。结论：薄膜过滤法可用于注射用舒尼铂(冻干)的无菌检查。
