    摘 要 本研究选取24例呼吸疾病住院患者进行DPI吸入装置问卷调查，根据调查结果，临床药师对患者进行用药宣教并对宣教前后患者DPI吸入装置使用知晓度情况变化进行分析。宣教前患者使用DPI吸入装置错误率75%，主要存在的问题包括吸入前未呼气、吸入时未保持气流平稳连续以及吸入后未屏气等。临床药师用药宣教后，患者使用DPI吸入装置的错误率降至20.83%，有了显著的降低。
