    摘 要 多囊卵巢综合征临床表现复杂多样，病机复杂，诊断和治疗存在较大争议，还可引起许多近期及远期并发症。目前已知的药物治疗效果有限，对远期并发症的发生并无积极预防作用，且不良反应大，停药后复发率高。多囊卵巢综合征的治疗缺乏理想的方法，长期以来是妇科研究中的热点、难点问题。本文就多囊卵巢综合征的中医分型及针灸治疗做一综述，以期为进一步研究提供参考和借鉴。
