    摘 要 目的：通过真实世界调查研究公众对于药品价格和国产仿制药的看法，及对用药选择的可能影响，探讨分析相关认知因素，以推动仿制药政策的落地实施。方法：参考相关文献，设计调查问卷，在问卷星应用程序上发布，对数据进行统计学处理。结果：共收集294份有效问卷。问卷有效率为100%。在全部问卷中，89人为非医药行业人员，205人为从事医药或相关行业人员。50.34%的问卷担忧仿制药政策下药品价格过低，药品质量可能得不到保障。多数公众支持国产仿制药，但是在遭遇重大疾病时仍倾向选择原研药。结论：为了消除公众对仿制药质量和疗效的不当认知，加深公众对国产仿制药政策的了解，针对原研药-仿制药一致性评价的合理用药科普教育非常必要。

    Real world survey of the publics recognition on drug prices and domestic generic drugs
