    摘 要 助力医药企业在项目研发阶段的效率，探索与其更合适的孵化要素和模式，不断强化医药企业可持续发展的原动力。通过研究孵化器成功的必要因素、发展的未来趋势，结合国内的市场需求，分析现阶段医药企业的实际孵化案例，对医药企业的孵化新生态和孵化模式提出想法。
