    摘 要 近年来，生物医药产业已成为世界主要发达国家争相布局的重要领域，各国也相继出台了诸多加快产业发展的监管举措。本文将从国外鼓励创新研发、促进成果转化和加快创新产品上市等方面的举措展开研究，希望为今后在我国制定促进生物医药产业发展的监管制度提供借鉴与参考。
