    摘 要 目的：探索医药药学学科建设内容和发展方向，明确药师在学科建设中的作用和价值。方法：分析我国医院药学工作现状，结合药学学科发展经验，探讨医院药学学科建设的新思路和药师的作用及价值。结果：通过发展医院药学学科的重点内涵、学科分类、管理模式、人才建设、特色研究等方面保障学科建设健康持续发展，药师队伍作为学科建设的核心内容，在慢性病管理、临床药学、药学科研等方面发挥了巨大的作用和价值。结论：未来医院药学学科建设要紧跟医院发展方向，发挥药师专业技术水平，为患者提供高质量药学服务，促进药学学科规范专业发展。
