    摘 要 目的：分析厄贝沙坦片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病肾病的效果。方法：选取的糖尿病肾病患者90例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗，观察组给予厄贝沙坦片联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖、血脂、血压水平和肾功能指标。结果：观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、收缩压、舒张压、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：厄贝沙坦片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病肾病患者，有利于降低血糖、血脂水平，改善肾功能指标。
