    摘 要 目的：探讨替格瑞洛对冠心病支架植入术后患者心肌酶谱及炎症因子的影响。方法：选取行冠心病支架植入术的冠心病患者50例，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组各25例。术后，对照组给予硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗，观察组给予替格瑞洛治疗。比较两组心肌酶谱及炎症因子水平。结果：治疗1个月后，两组的LDH、cTnI、CK-MB水平和IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均较治疗前低，且观察组水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：冠心病支架植入术后患者采用替格瑞洛治疗可降低心肌酶谱及炎症因子水平。
