    摘 要 目的：分析阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗食管癌放疗后复发患者的疗效。方法：将90例食管癌放疗后复发患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。观察组给予甲磺酸阿帕替尼联合替吉奥化疗，对照组给予奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗，比较两组患者1年和2年生存率、不良反应发生率及治疗有效率。结果：观察组患者1年和2年生存率、治疗有效率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：食管癌放疗后复发患者使用阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗的疗效更好，可提高患者耐受性，减轻不良反应，改善生活质量。
