    摘 要 目的：探究左甲状腺素钠片对于妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者妊娠结局的影响。方法： 随机选取140名妊娠期妇女分为2组(n=70)；研究组为妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退症并给予左甲状腺素钠片治疗的患者；对照组为健康孕妇，比较两组妊娠结局。结果：两组生产方式(顺产、产钳产、剖宫产)、妊娠结局(早产、贫血、产后出血、胎膜早破、胎儿窘迫)、新生儿低体质量、TSH水平、Apgar评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平在孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期呈下降趋势。结论：左甲状腺素钠片治疗可降低孕晚期甲状腺功能相关激素水平，改善妊娠结局，妊娠期全程服用安全，不良反应较少。
