    摘 要 目的：探讨不同剂量地佐辛在重症监护室(ICU)机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法：选择120例ICU机械通气患者，随机分为A、B、C组，各40例。A、B、C组常规治疗后分别给予1.0、2.0、3.0 mg/h地佐辛。观测三组给药前后生命体征、镇痛及镇静评分及不良反应情况。结果：B、C组给药1 d、2 d镇痛评分低于A组，B组给药8 h、1 d及2 d镇静评分均低于A、C组，C组给药8 h后呼吸频率低于A、B组，ICU及机械通气时间高于A、B组，A组联合用药比例高于B、C组(P<0.05)；三组均无明显不良反应。结论：ICU机械通气患者使用地佐辛2.0 mg/h具有良好镇痛镇静效果，可缩短入住ICU时间。
