    摘 要 目的：探讨茵栀黄颗粒联合布拉酵母辅助蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)的临床疗效。方法：将112例NHB患儿随机分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=56)，对照组采用蓝光间歇照射治疗，观察组在此基础上给以茵栀黄颗粒联合布拉酵母口服治疗，比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率96.43%，显著高于对照组的89.29%；黄疸消失时间、皮肤颜色恢复正常时间和平均住院时间显著低于对照组；治疗后两组血清总胆红素(TSB)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、总胆汁酸(TBA)水平均有所下降，且观察组的下降程度优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：茵栀黄颗粒联合布拉酵母辅助蓝光治疗NHB疗效显著，可有效改善患儿的临床症状。

    Clinical effect of Yinzhihuang granules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii plus assistance of blue light in the treatment of 56 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

    ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang granules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii plus assistance of blue light in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (NHB). Methods： One hundred and twelve patients with NHB were randomly divided into a control group (n=56) and an observation group (n=56). The control group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation while the observation group was additionally treated with Yinzhihuang granule combined with Saccharomyces boulardii.
