    摘 要 目的：提升住院药房药事质量管理，改善药学服务，保障患者用药安全。方法：组建品管圈团队并集中培训，掌握品管圈十大步骤，针对药房的药事质量管理进行现状调查、目标设定、拟定对策并组织实施。结果：通过检查对策实施后一个月的工作情况，药品调剂差错发生率显著降低，患者满意度显著提高，改善后达标率上升至94.9%。目标达标率为 102.3%，改善率为10.3%。结论：利用品管圈管理方法显著提高了住院药房的药事质量管理指标达标率。
