    摘 要 目的：分析腔内注射玻璃酸钠在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用价值。方法：选择80例膝骨关节炎患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以倍他米松，观察组在其基础上腔内注射玻璃酸钠，疗程5周。比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能、疼痛程度及炎症因子水平。结果：治疗5周后，两组Lysholm评分均上升，视觉模拟评分(VAS)及血清肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平均下降，且观察组下降幅度较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论：腔内注射玻璃酸钠可降低膝骨关节炎患者的炎症因子水平，减轻疼痛，促进膝关节功能改善。
