    摘 要 目的：探讨脑血通1号对脑出血恢复期患者脑循环及神经功能康复的影响。方法：将96例脑出血恢復期患者随机分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组给以西医常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加中药脑血通1号治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及神经功能康复情况。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组(95.83% vs 87.50%)；观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组，SF-36生活质量评分高于对照组；观察组脑血管平均流速与脑血流量显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：脑血通1号能改善脑出血恢复期患者脑循环，促进神经功能的恢复，临床疗效显著。

    Effect of Naoxuetong No.1 on the rehabilitation of cerebral circulation and nervous function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

    ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of Naoxuetong No.1 on the recovery of cerebral circulation and nerve function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
