    摘 要 目的：探讨内镜下止血联合不同剂量艾司奥美拉唑钠间歇静脉滴注治疗急性胃溃疡出血的效果。方法：将100例急性胃溃疡出血患者随机分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。全部患者均行内镜下止血处理，对照组艾司奥美拉唑钠应用方法为静脉注射80 mg联合静脉泵注8 mg/h，观察组艾司奥美拉唑钠应用方法为静脉注射80 mg联合静脉滴注40 mg，比较两组治疗效果与预后情况。结果：两组临床疗效、平均止血时间、输血量、术后住院时间、再出血率与转外科手术率等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组艾司奥美拉唑钠用量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：内镜下止血联合艾司奥美拉唑钠间断静脉给药治疗急性胃溃疡出血的疗效确切，与大剂量持续泵入效果相当，可减少药物用量。

    Effect of endoscopic hemostasis combined with intermittent intravenous drip of different doses of esomeprazole sodium in the treatment of acute gastric ulcer bleeding

    ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of endoscopic hemostasis combined with intermittent intravenous drip of different doses of esomeprazole sodium in the treatment of acute gastric ulcer bleeding. Methods： One hundred patients with acute gastric ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 cases each and were all treated with endoscopic hemostasis. The control group was treated with intravenous injection of 80 mg esomeprazole sodium and intravenous pump injection of 8 mg/h while the observation group with intravenous injection of 80 mg esomeprazole sodium and intravenous drip of 40 mg.
