    摘 要 目的：探讨中醫辨证治疗对新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)患儿的临床疗效和血清总胆红素水平(TSB)的影响。方法：将118例NHB患儿随机分为对照组(n=59)和观察组(n=59)，对照组采用布拉酵母联合光疗治疗，观察组在此基础上给以中医辨证治疗。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组(96.61% vs 89.83%)；治疗后观察组血清TSB、直接胆红素(DBil)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和非结合胆红素(UCB)水平低于对照组，新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)评分高于对照组，黄疸消失时间、皮肤颜色恢复正常时间、平均住院时间均少于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：中医辨证治疗对NHB患儿临床疗效显著，可显著降低患儿血清TSB水平，改善临床症状。

    ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on clinical effect and total serum bilirubin (TSB) level in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia (NHB).
