    摘 要 本文总结夏氏外科诊治痛风的学术观点及临床经验。夏氏外科认为，痛风初起以邪实为主，湿热痰瘀是关键，久则深入筋骨，累及脏腑，致肝肾不足、脾胃虚弱，治疗上宜从整体出发，分期分型论治，分别采用清热利湿、除湿降浊、祛瘀化痰、益气补肾等治疗方法。
