    摘 要 目的：探讨注射用阿奇霉素含量测定样品降解的影响因素，提高含量检测结果的精密度。方法：从人、机、料、法、环、测6方面分析，开展假设性试验探究注射用阿奇霉素含量测定样品降解的影响因素。结果与结论：发现进样小瓶的材质是影响注射用阿奇霉素含量测定的一个重要因素，对提高测定结果的可靠性，具有重要的指导意义。
