    摘 要 目的：观察胺碘酮联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病(CHD)伴心律失常的疗效。方法：将78例CHD伴心律失常患者随机分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=42)，两组均接受CHD基础治疗和口服阿托伐他汀，对照组另给予盐酸普罗帕酮片治疗，观察组另给予盐酸胺碘酮片治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者24 h动态心电图相关指标、心功能指标、血液黏度指标，检测血清hs-CRP、Hcy、BNP水平变化；评价两组疗效及不良反应情况。结果：治疗后观察组心电图、心功能、血液黏度指标、hs-CRP、Hcy、BNP、治疗总有效率均优于对照组(均P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：胺碘酮联合阿托伐他汀治疗CHD伴心律失常可有效改善心功能，降低血液黏度和血清hs-CRP、Hcy、BNP水平。
