摘 要 肩手综合征(SHS)是脑卒中后常见并发症，常在脑卒中后1～3个月内出现，患者出现患肩关节及手部肿痛、活动受限或伴有皮肤色泽改变。肌内效贴在消除手部水肿，改善关节活动度及疼痛有明显疗效，肌内效贴结合康复治疗已逐渐成为脑卒中后SHS的特色治疗方法。目前，肌内效贴联合康复治疗等综合疗法已成为治疗脑卒中后SHS的临床研究热点。本文综述肌内效贴联合中药、针灸、康复训练等综合疗法治疗脑卒中后SHS的研究进展。
