    摘 要 目的：对门、急诊麻醉药品的使用情况和处方进行分析总结，为我院麻醉药品的使用与管理提供依据和方向，促进麻醉药品合理使用与处方规范化管理，为临床药师的工作提供改进方向。方法：收集2019—2020年我院门、急诊使用麻醉药品患者的处方资料，对比研究临床药师介入管理前后麻醉药品使用与处方合理性的情况。结果：临床药师介入管理后，我院麻醉药品的使用更加合理化，处方合格率明显提升，但仍存在药品遴选不适宜、医师签章不规范等现象。结论：临床药师的介入对麻醉药品的管理和合理性使用有重要意义，但仍须定期对其进行培训。

    Analysis of the use and prescription rationality of narcotic drugs in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital from 2019 to 2020
