    摘 要 目的：探讨闭环式药学服务对血透患者服药依从性和临床疗效的影响。方法：将400例在我院进行血透的患者采用随机数字表法分为干预组(n=200)和对照组(n=200)，对照组患者进行常规护理和医嘱交代，干预组在此基础上由临床药师提供药学服务。6个月后比较两组患者的病死率、临床指标达标率、服药依从性和满意度。结果：两组病死率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预组临床指标达标率、服药依从性及患者满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：建立闭环式药学服务有利于提高血透患者的临床疗效、服药依从性和满意度，值得在临床上进一步实践。
