    摘 要 功能社区作为社区卫生服务的拓展和延伸，对于改善功能社区人群卫生服务的可及性、实现社区卫生服务的公平性具有重要意义。本文运用SWOT分析法探讨上海市开展功能社区社区卫生服务的优势、劣势、机会和风险，并提出推进功能社区建设的若干策略。
