    摘 要 目的： 探讨血小板减少合并急性冠脉综合征患者抗血小板药物的应用。方法： 对 1例血小板减少症患者发生急性冠脉综合征的诊治过程分析讨论，查阅相关文献，总结此类病例抗血小板治疗情况。结果与结论： 合并血小板减少的患者发生急性冠脉综合征时进行抗血小板治疗安全性较好，在平衡出血和栓塞的风险以后，尽可能长期行抗血小板治疗。
