    摘 要 乳腺癌临床分期、病理分类分级和分子分型，一直以来都是乳腺癌诊疗中明确诊断、制订治疗计划，选择治疗方案的依据。临床实践中的新发现也促使各种分类不断得到完善、更新和改进，使每一种分类方法与其他分类依据和方法相结合，发展出更精准的新分类和新亚型，并进一步发现新的治疗方式和治疗靶点。本文综述临床上通用的乳腺癌分类方法及应用，以及在此基础上发展的新分类、分型及临床试验在治疗中的应用，并对最新的基因工具的应用进行系统性介绍，力图理清现今乳腺癌标准化、个体化治疗的决策依据，并展望未来更为精准化的发展趋势和方向。
