摘 要 目的：探究赖氨葡锌颗粒对腹泻患儿临床症状缓解时间及炎症反应的影响。方法：选取2021年6月至2022年8月收治的84例腹泻患儿，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗，观察组在此基础上采用赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗。比较两组临床症状缓解时间、炎症反应、血清锌水平和不良反应。结果：观察组体温恢复正常、腹痛停止、腹泻消失时间短于对照组(P0.05)。结论：赖氨葡锌颗粒辅助治疗小儿腹泻可促进临床症状缓解，减轻患儿炎症反应，改善患儿血清锌水平，且不增加不良反应。
