【摘要】目的：观察血塞通胶囊对慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法：将40例慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例，两组均作常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用血塞通胶囊2粒/次，每天2次，比较两组的疗效。结果：经治疗后治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：血塞通软胶囊治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭临床疗效显著，能明显改善心功能。
