【摘要】目的：分析基层医院腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理。方法：综合本院腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的资料。结果：腹腔镜胆囊切除术应做好术前术后的护理观察，促使患者早日康复。结论：腹腔镜与传统的胆囊切除术相比较，具有“三快一小”的优点：即切口小、损伤小、痛苦小、愈合快，术后1d可进流食，住院时间短，有适应症要做腹腔镜的患者越来越多，在今后的护理工作中我们应当在临床实践中不断的总结积累经验，而使我们的工作更加完善。
