【摘要】随着年龄的增长老年人(≥60岁)在生理功能及生化反应上发生了相应的变化，故对药物的反应及体内过程也发生了改变，对药物的敏感性提高，不良反应一般较青壮年表现更为明显^[1]。因此，对老年人合理、安全和有效的使用药物的研究显得十分重要。心血管疾病是老年人常见的疾病之一，针对老年人的高血压及心脏病用药所注意的问题，浅析如下：
