老年泌尿系结石合并严重低钠血症
【摘要】目的：探讨老年泌尿系结石患者出现严重低钠血症的发病原因及处理。方法：报告3 例老年泌尿系结石伴严重低钠血症患者的临床资料，原发病均为泌尿系结石，经超声和影像学明确诊断。3例患者均腰腹部疼痛明显，出汗多，饮水多，低钠血症经实验室检查明确诊断。结果：经限水、补钠治疗后，低钠血症均得到纠正。结石均采用体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗，痊愈后随访1～6 个月，无神经系统并发症发生。结论: 老年泌尿系结石患者，疼痛明显者，要注意有发生严重低钠血症的可能。【关键词】结石;低钠血症;疼痛; 手术
Calculus of Urinary System complicated with severe Hyponatremia in old men

【Abstract】Objective :To explore the cause of old patients Urinary Calculus complicated with severe hyponatremia. Methods :The clinical data of 3 old patients with Urinary Calculus were analyzed retrospectively. Ultrasound examination and x-ray were performed for confirming the diagnosis. All cases complained the low back pain .the more sweat, the more drink. Hyponatremia was diagnosed by laboratory findings. Results : Hyponatremia was corrected by restricted liquid infusion and supplied sodium.All 3 patients were cured by Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy and followed up for 1 months to 6 months after urinary calculus cured, no complication occurred. Conclusions :It is possible for old urinary calculus patient with obvious pain to occur severe hyponatremia. ......
