【摘要】目的：通过实验探讨前臂骨间背动静脉皮瓣与手指固有动静脉之间的相互联系，并观察运用于手指脱套伤的治疗。方法：利用显微外科技术和显微解剖知识，采用前臂骨间背动静脉带血管皮瓣在显微镜下做指固有动脉及伴行静脉吻合，提供皮瓣供血与回血，使皮瓣成活，以治疗手指脱套伤。结果：14例手指脱套伤患者手术均成功，术后皮瓣均成活，伤指功能和外观均恢复良好。结论：用前臂骨间背动静脉带血管皮瓣治疗手指脱套伤疗效可靠，方法简单可行，且不用重复手术，术后恢复好，是一种可行的治疗方法。
