【摘要】目的:探讨CT扫描中的变量因素并加以控制从而提高CT图像质量。方法:总结2008年6月1日至2008年7月1日CT图像质量欠佳120例,分析影响CT图像质量的变量因素。结果:这些变量因素有:① CT检查前的准备;②噪声;③伪影;④部分容积应和周围间隙现象;⑤CT分辨率;⑥窗宽和窗位;⑦图像重建的数学演算方式。结论:控制CT扫描中的变量因素可以提高CT图像质量。
