社区居民饮食卫生危险因素分析
【摘要】目的:了解社区居民饮食中存在的危险因素及其影响因素,为保障社区居民健康提供依据保障。方法:采用多层抽样方法,在卢湾区某社区抽取两个居委,每个居委按照东、南、西、北、中的地理位置选择,共选200户居民。采用问卷调查和现场监测的形式,开展现况调查研究。结果:社区居民饮食来源、习惯等方面存在一些不健康因素。结论:卢湾区居民饮食存在威胁健康的危险因素。

【Abstract】Objects:To investigate the risk factors in living environment in communities of Luwan, Shanghai and provide the useful information to protect the health of the residents. Methods:Two hundred families from two communities in Luwan were stratified radon sampled to participate in the questionnaire survey about the existing circumstance of living environment. Results:Smoking, cleaning of air conditioner, biological pollution, kitchen condition had some unhealthy related factors. Conclusions:There were some risk factors in living environment of Luwan, which had an adverse effct on the health.
