【摘要】目的:考察斑蝥酸钠注射液在中晚期恶性肿瘤治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取我科的中晚期恶性肿瘤患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,分别给予化疗治疗和斑蝥酸钠注射液+化疗的治疗措施。结果:治疗组的生存时间、临床症状以及体力状态,均高于对照组,其差别具有统计学意义,P<0.05。 结论:斑蝥酸钠注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤能提高治疗效果,降低化疗毒副作用,改善患者生活质量

    【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mylabris sodium injection in the treatment of advanced cancer. Methods: Section I of the 60 cases of patients with advanced m alignant tumor were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,they were given chemotherapy treatment and injection of sodium Cantharidin treatment of chemotherapy respectively. Results: The survival time of the treatment group, clinical symptoms, as well as physical strength, and are higher thancontrol group with a statistically significant difference, P <0.05. Conclusion: Injection Qinin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cancer can improve the therapeutic effect. It can reduceto side effects of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life in patients with advanced m alignant tumor. ......
