【摘要】目的:探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术的优越性。方法:83例阑尾炎患者用腹腔镜手术治疗。结果:83例全部成功,无中转开放手术,无严重并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜阑尾切除术有切口小、隐蔽、美观、手术视野好,术后并发症少、疼痛轻、恢复快、安全、可靠等优点。有条件的应作为治疗阑尾炎的首选。

    Laparoscopic appendectomy in 83 casesZHU Jun-shan The Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zizhong,Sichuan 641200,China

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the advantages of laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:83 patients with appendicitis were treated with laparoscopic surgery.Results:It was successful in all 83 cases,no transfer open surgery,no severe complications.Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendectomy incision is small,hidden,beautiful,good vision surgery,fewer complications,less pain light,quick recovery,security,andreliable.Conditions should be preferred as a treatment for appendicitis.
