【摘要】目的:探讨吻合器环形切除直肠黏膜治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效。方法:应用吻合器直肠下段黏膜环切术治疗直肠黏膜脱垂58例。结果:58例吻合过程均顺利,无一例出现闭合不全或吻合口裂开。结论:吻合器治疗直肠黏膜脱垂操作方便,安全有效,值得临床推广。

    The efficacy observation of anastomosis stapler for rectal mucosal LIBin

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the efficacy circular stapler for rectal mucosal prolapse.Methods:58cases with rectal mucosal prolapse were treated by the circular stapler.Results:58 cases were consistent with the smoothly process,no complication dysraphism or anastomotic dehiscence.Conclusion:The stapler treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse was convenient operation,safe and effective,worthy for promotion.
