【摘要】目的:探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺无水乙醇治疗中晚期肝癌患者的护理。方法:对39例中、晚期肝癌患者实施在超声引导下经皮穿刺无水乙醇注射术前、术中、术后的积极有效护理。结果:39例患者治疗中情绪稳定,配合得当,治疗过程顺利,术后随访1～36个月,复查显示肿瘤均有不同程度缩小,治疗效果满意,28例患者生存期超过1年。结论:积极、有效的护理对顺利完成超声引导下经皮穿刺无水乙醇治疗有重要作用,可提高了患者的生存质量,值得基层医院推广。

    【Abstract】Objective:To explore the nursery for advanced liver cancer patients with percutaneous ethanol injection under the ultrasonic guidance.Methods:Applied effective nursery for 39 cases with advanced liver cancer treated by percutaneous ethanol injection under ultrasonic guidance.Results:39 cases had successful inter vention treatm ent,the result was satisfied due to the stable emotion of patients.Follow up lasting 1～36 months showed suvival of 28 cases was longer than 1 year.Conclusion:Effective and active nursery is important for percutaneous ethanol injection.It can boost patients life quality,and deserve clinic extensive application. ......
