【摘要】目的:探讨背带式子宫缝合术(改良B-Lynch缝合术)在治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血中的临床应用。方法:自2005年6月至2008年6月我院17例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者应用背带式子宫缝合术进行治疗。结果:17例患者治疗后出血均停止。术后无因血液循环不良或出血而再次手术者,无并发症发生,子宫复旧、月经复潮时间无异常。结论:背带式子宫缝合术操作简单、止血迅速且安全易行,无特殊器械和手术技巧,成功率高,无术后并发症,是宫缩乏力所致的子宫弥漫性出血首选的止血方法。

    【Abstract】Objective:To study the clinical outcome of modified B-Lynch in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage causing by uterine inertia.Methods:From June 2005 to June 2008 in our hospital 17 cases of uterine inertia of postpartum hemorrhage patients used the strap suture operation of uterine.Results:after treatment 17 patients stop bleeding.no re-operation due to bad blood circulation or bleeding, no complications, uterine involution,and menstrual-influx time was usual.Conclusion:the strap suture operation of uterine is simple,safe and can stop bleeding quickly,without special equipment and surgical skills,high success rate,no postoperative complications,is the preferred method of the diffuse uterine bleeding caused by uterine inertia to stop bleeding. ......
