【摘要】目的:探讨焦虑性情绪障碍对儿童生活质量的影响,为干预儿童焦虑性情绪障碍提供依据。方法:选取湛江市某小学二年级到六年级学生共十个班560人为调查对象,利用儿少主观生活质量问卷(Inventory of Subjective Life Qualitly,ISLQ)和儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders,SCARED)作为评估工具进行调查。结果:焦虑性情绪障碍儿童的主观生活质量各个维度均低于正常组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童焦虑性情绪障碍对主观生活质量各方面都会产生不良影响,应予以高度关注。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the effect of Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(CARED) on the life quality of children so as to provide evidence for the intervention of the children with CARED.Methods:The object of investigation with 560 pupils is selected from Grade 2 to Grade 6 including ten classses in one primary school in Zhanjiang.The Inventory of Subjective Life Quality(ISLQ) and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED) are as the evaluation tools for the research.Results:In every dimension of ISLQ,the scores of children with CARED are significantly lower than the normal children(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CARED has unfavourable effects on the children's life quality experience,so it should be focused on.

儿童焦虑性情绪障碍是一组以过分焦虑、担心为主要体验的情绪障碍[1]。儿童情绪障碍的患病率高,在国外居第二位,在国内居行为问题、发育性障碍之后的第三位[2]。国内苏林雁等[3]使用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表(SCARED)对长沙市某小学565名学生进行调查,筛查出有焦虑情绪的儿童占24.78%,其中符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第三版(CCMD3)的诊断标准占5.66%。焦虑性情绪障碍对儿童的危害大,大多数儿童青少年期的焦虑障碍与以后发生的焦虑障碍存在显著相关。研究发现,儿童时期起病的焦虑障碍将预示成年期的焦虑和抑郁的发生,并引起社交和工作能力的严重损害[4]。对儿童期情绪障碍的随访研究发现,儿童情绪障碍患者到成年期有40%~50%表现为神经症性障碍、人格障碍或其他精神病,提倡早期干预是预防儿童情绪障碍延续到成年的关键[2]。本研究主要探讨焦虑性情绪障碍对儿童生活质量的影响,为干预儿童焦虑性情绪障碍提供现实依据。
1.资料与方法
1.1 一般资料:根据中国精神疾病和诊断标准第三版(CCMD3)的诊断标准,运用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表,从广东省湛江市某小学二年级至六年级共560名学生中筛查出焦虑性情绪障碍儿童20名,年龄7岁-14岁,男女各10名,并随机抽取20名正常儿童为对照组,男女各半 ......
