普拉克索治疗不宁腿综合征临床研究
作者简介:肖兵,男,硕士研究生,主治医师。【摘要】目的:观察普拉克索对不宁腿综合征(RLS)的治疗效果。方法:对41例不宁腿综合征患者随机分为两组,对照组20例予以氯硝基安定、维生素B1、弥可保口服;治疗组21例在对照组基础上加用普拉克索睡前口服治疗,疗程4周。结果:对照组总有效率65.0%,治疗组总有效率90.5%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:普拉克索治疗有效,无明显副作用,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To oberserve the therapeutic result of pramipexole in treating restless legs syndrome (RLS).Methords:The 41 cases of restless legs syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The 20 patients in control group were treated with chlorine nitrazepam,vitamin B1,methylcobalamin for 4 weeks.The 21 cases in treatment group were treated with pramipexole in additional On the basis of the control group for 4 weeks at bedtime.Results:The total efficiency in control group is 65.0%,but the efficiency in treatment group is 90.5%.There were statistics differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:the drug of pramipexole is effective to treat restless legs syndrome.It was no side effects,and worthy of promotion. ......
