【摘要】目的:调查四川省内江市医疗机构输血及输血管理现状,总结工作中存在的问题和面临的主要挑战,为内江市卫生局制定科学、有效的采供血干预措施提供决策依据。方法:依据全市医院的地理分布及级别差异,选取内江市二级以上的15家全民所有制医院、采用实地调查结合问卷方式进行调研。结果:被查单位医院输血管理总体上符合国家输血相关法规要求,大都建立了临床输血管理组织,配备了专、兼职负责人员,完善了临床输血管理制度和人员岗位责任制度,进一步规范了工作流程、用血审批管理程序以及相关记录、文书,开展了输血前9项检查,但少部分医院的输血管理还存在缺陷,输血安全及相关技术与监督管理方面仍需完善。结论:通过调查结果,内江市卫生局制定出了针对性的整改促使,保证了医院输血工作的正常运转和发展,为推动我市临床输血医学快速发展起到良好的促进作用。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the present situation of clinical blood transfusion management and blood transfusion branch in some medical institutions in Neijiang city,in oder to provide the decision basis for Neijiang Health Bureau making the scientific and effective intervention measures of blood collection and supply.Methods:According to the geographical distribution and the difference of grade of hospitals,the 15 second-class and upwards public hospitals were selected,and the field survey combined with questionnaire investigation was done among these units.Results:The blood transfusion management can meet the requirement of national transfusion related laws and regulations generally,and most built the clinical blood transfusion management organization,which has professional and part-time employee,and which also has perfect clinical blood transfusion management system,post responsibility system,normative work flow and approval program and relative records,and the 9 pre-transfusion examination were done in these unites.But a few hospitals has a certain defect in the Blood transfusion management,and the transfusion safety,related technology and supervision and management should be further perfected.Conclusion:The Neijiang Health Bureau sould make the scientific and effective intervention measures based on the present situation of clinical blood transfusion management and blood transfusion branch,to strengthen the blood transfusion management and promote the development of clinical blood transfusion medicine in our city ......
