老年性白内障术后整体化护理效果观察(1)
作者简介:张晶,女,本科,主管护师。【摘要】目的:对某院98例接受白内障手术的老年性白内障手术病员,采用有别于一般五官科护理常规的整体化护理[1],观察其术后的恢复情况。方法:从病员出手术室大门的接诊开始,系统的做好心理护理、专科的药物护理、病情观察、眼罩使用期间的护理、同时把出院注意事项详细写在统一的特制卡片上、让病员出院时带回家的整体化护理。结果:在该院五官科施行手术的98例老年性白内障患者接受术后整体化护理者,未发生一例意外事故,满足了患者生理、心理上的需求,避免了术后意外及并发症的发生。
