miR—185在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床意义(2)

     我们的结果显示miR-185在卵巢癌与对照正常组织存在表达差异,具其表达水平与患者临床进展和淋巴结转移相关,这表明miR-185可能作为癌基因参与卵巢癌的发生发展,并且可能成为卵巢癌诊断和预后判断新一代肿瘤分子标志物及卵巢癌治疗靶点。当然日后仍需大量实验进行验证。
