人文关怀在手术室护理中的应用探讨

摘要：目的 探讨人文关怀在手术室护理中的临床应用及其效果为护理质量的提高和改进提供临床依据。方法 随机选取我院2010年l0月～2012年9月手术患者1380例，分为对照组和实验组，对照组进行常规手术室护理，实验组在对照组的基础上进行人文关怀措施。对两组患者在心理状态、睡眠和手术室护理服务的满意度方面和护理质量进行分析、总结并得出结论。结果 I实验组在心理状态改善、睡眠和满意度方面均高干对照组，取得了良好的效果。结论 人文关怀运用到手术室护理中，降低了患者不良心理反应，提高了护理质量和患者满意度，有利于患者术中的配合和术后的恢复.同时增强了护士的责任心和使命感。

Abstract：Objective This paper seeks to discuss the clinic application and effect of humanistic care in operating room nursing， and if they can offer clinic basis for the advancement of nursing quality. The Method is that 1380 patients from our hospital between October 2012 and December 2013 are chosen randomly. Participants are separated into control group， who are treated regularly，and experimental group， who are offered regular treatment plus humanistic caring.
