摘要：目的 了解复方丹参滴丸联合步长稳心颗粒治疗房颤的效果。方法 对60例房颤(包括阵发性和持续性房颤)患者应用复方丹参滴丸与步长稳颗粒联合用药一个月，房颤的发生根据动态心电图的前后变化对比及对患者的临床症状观察疗效。结果 复方丹参滴丸与步长稳心颗粒联合治疗房颤有显著疗效，用药1个疗程后，房颤的发生情况明显减少或消失，治愈率78.3%。结论 复方丹参滴丸与步长稳心颗粒联合治疗房颤效果显著，口服给药，方法简单，无不良反应。
